To celebrate the release of her third album and the fifth anniversary of her musical journey, Laufey’s record label is unveiling three limited-edition typography-inspired vinyls. Each edition will feature rerecorded versions of her songs with a live orchestra. These vinyls aim to tell a story through typography that echoes Laufey’s lyrics and themes. The designs draw inspiration from the bold and playful use of scale in classic jazz typography while carrying the elegance and serenity that define her music. Typography becomes a visual crescendo, overlapping and shifting in size and tone to mirror the emotional range and narrative flow of her compositions.
